Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. All costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Orders over 70€ have free shipping!

Discreet Packaging All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our brand on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damages and issues If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please make a written note of the damage with the carrier or delivery person at the time of receipt, and take photos before opening. This reserve is important for any damage claims and serves as proof that the damage occurred during transportation.

Risk of Loss Risk of loss passes to you upon physical delivery of your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@ohsopleased.com and we will investigate promptly.

Customs & Import Duties For now, all shipments remain within the European Union. No additional customs duties apply, and prices shown at checkout are inclusive of VAT.
